Malu nak cerita sebenarnya... patutnya I jahitlah sendiri baju... tapi.... I have gone to the tailor in Seremban to tempah baju after a dozen of thought on whether to tempah the baju or to sew it myself? I ada banyak lagi kain that I bought belum dipotong untuk baju kurung. So far I have potong sepasang, tapi belum jahit. Fikir punya fikir, finally I have decided to hantar mana-mana kain yang kena jahit lining to the tailor. I dah hantar 3 pasang to this particular tailor before this. Selalunya I hantar ke satu tailor in Tampin. The tailor in Tampin ni I dah hantar baju for the past 10 years. Before this any kain which need to be lining, I will surely hantar to the tailor. Tapi tailor ni jauh sangat di Tampin. Dulu senang jugak sebab selalu balik rumah Mak... now... sejak mak tak de... dah jarang kesana..
About the tailor in Seremban ni, one of my friend recommended her but warned me the charge would be mahal!. and also she was not so user-friendly. Tak pe lah I try tengok ok ke tak dia jahit. I pun start hantar my first baju to her after Raya last year. My friend was right, she's not sooo user-friendly. But... the baju turned out to be sooo sesuwai dgn badan I yang tak berapa 'ramping' ni. The jahitan was kemas and cantik. Some of my friends in the office pun agreed. I really liked it and sedap memakainya. And, of course! the upah was mahal dari biasa. After the first one I sent another 2 pasang. Puas hati punya pasal...
Today, I hantar lagi 2 pasang. I tak tahu kenapa, maybe her mood tak berapa baik kot... When I came in into her shop, she was like so cold.. and when I said I want like this like this... she was like to marah me, saying that 'mana cukup kain.. kalau 4 meter? Eh I pun terus rasa terperanjat but I still sabar sebab mengenangkan hasilnya nanti... I buat tak tahu je and end up tempah 2 pasang dalam tak puas hati dengan layanan dia tu!... It's not that I don't want to jahit sendiri, but I just want to get rid all the kain yang tak potong from my sight (alasan le tu!). The only kain yang dah I potong last month was supposed to be siapkan before end of June. I just got to give a dead line to myself... if not alamat tak siaplah.. We'll see....
When I came home... I have another thought... Why should I continue with this eksen tailor? I am the user, the customer, I have the right to be well and nicely treated because I bayar, mahal pulak tu... ok now I have decided... bukan jahit sendiri lah... I akan try another tailor yang kedainya sederet dgn tailor mangkuk ni... My friend kata this tailor ialah sifu tailor mangkuk ni and plus she is tersangatlah friendly nya pulak... I'll give it a try... I ada lagi kain yang kena lining.
Sebenarnya, I was on leave today sebab gi sekolah Sarah ambik report card and since I cuti I pun dengan rela hati pergi bayarkan cukai tanah kat Pejabat Tanah Seremban in Seremban 2. Last minute punya... sebab kalau after 31st May kena denda... suka sangat buat kerja last minute...

Ain, my friend said tailor hujung tu mmg friendly tapi jahitan tak berapa sedap.. ada 2 orang kata.. so kalau u nak cuba be careful..
ReplyDeleteand one more thing.. kalau u malas gi Sban 2, u can pay yr quit rent kat MPS.Mps is one of the agent of Pej Tanah.it would be easier
