This year, we took the opportunity to be among thousands of people from all walk of life to Dr. M residence in Seri Kembangan - the Hari Raya Open House. We have not planned it earlier. I got to know about the open house by accidentally reading it in the newspaper the night before.

We were there quite early, as early as 10.30 a.m. We met and salam (after been given the hand sanitizer of course!) both Dr. M and his wife and also the son, Mukhriz. We ate and after a while we left.

Orang punyalah ramai beratur and it was so difficult to photograph with them. Yang ada gambar kita orang dan orang2 lain... oh ya... we all tak menjamu selera bawah khemah tapi tepi padang golf di bawah pokok di atas rumput belakang rumah... best tau... macam picnic.. di tengah hari lagi!

Giveaway from the Netherland ... has arrived!

Remember, I was so excited telling everyone that I won the giveaway by Zaza a few weeks ago? Yes, on Friday last week, mr. postman tu telah menyelitkan bunkusan dari nun jauh... tengok pada bungkusan dan nama pengirimnya I jumped (not actually jump la...) with joy....

I quickly opened the parcel and there you are.... all the crafty cutie little things... cantiknya... especially those laces.... thanks again Zaza... Please visit here for the photos of all the beautiful things I received...

Until today... I have not started anything with the giveaways... I have been browsing the internet looking for ideas of creating paper craft especially self-made greeting cards.... nantilah... once I successfully created something, I 'll surely tayang kat sini...o.k..

Perginya seorang kenalan....

I received a sms from a friend yesterday, apart of bertanya khabar, hal anak-anak, etc... she texted me that an old male friend that we both knew while we were working at this one big oil company back in 90's, has just passed away a couple of weeks ago... Innalillah...

That was quite a shock to me.... but.... what most shocked me was that he might be contacted with the most uncure disease... HIV/AIDS!

I said Ya Allah... betul ke ni... ??? Kalaulah betul... how?? when??who??

Then, in the evening, I was onboard the Komuter train, on my way home from work, my friend who smsed me earlier, called me and we talked about this old friend of ours.. She told me that our ex-colleague had once paid him a visit while he was being treated at the hospital last year and one of the nurses reluctant to confirm the patient condition at that time... The nurse, I believe won't reveal patient punya detail. It's unethical, of course.

I could still remember bumped on him sometime in 2007 in Seremban... I was driving at that time and suddenly I saw someone walking and macam kenal je... I slowed down, then I said to myself macam Rxxxxx je... I honked at him and he was like terkejut and just looked at me macam dia tak kenal/perasan I... I didn't stop but just lambai-lambaikan tangan I kat dia... That was the last time I saw him ...

What ever it is... Al~Fatihah for him... may Allah blessed his soul... sesungguhnya Allah itu maha mengetahui....

...sob...sob... sedih I.... macam-macam kenangan di bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ni...

Nur Kasih.... The full synopsis

I just finished reading the full synopsis of Nur Kasih.... tragis nya... My sister e-mailed the PDF file to me (tak suspen sangat la lepas ni... tak kisah lah..). I started to follow the series from Episode 6 or 7, missed few episodes in between. Tapi sejak bulan puasa ni, TV3 buat rerun the series ... boleh tengok ulangan masa sahur from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturday & Sunday (if I'm not mistaken la).

So, I took the opportunity to watch the episodes that I missed before.

Ceritanya, in my opinion... best sangat and tak rugi bagi I to follow.... anyone out there interested to get the synopsis???

In Sweet Memories... Al-Fatihah

Hari ini, 20 Ramadhan genaplah setahun pemergian arwah my mother. At about this time, last year, as I was on the way to the hospital, I received a call from my father saying that my mother has just passed away....

I could still remember, how I cried and cried all my heart out... and so did everyone else inside the car.

Today, I sedekahkan Al-Fatihah for my beloved mother. May Allah s.w.t bless her and I will always miss her for the rest of my live.
