In between Happy and Sorrow....

Happy thing first...

I participated in this giveaway last week and today I received an e-mail saying that I WON!!!! I participated in many Giveaways before... but this is the 1st time menang...alhamdulillah... Thanks Zaza.

Of course I am happy but... at the same time I am sad..thinking of arwah mak... tomorrow is 20th Ramadhan and genap setahun mak kembali ke rahmatullah...

Last night, ayah called and reminded me to hadiahkan bacaan Yaasin for arwah mak... I will never forget....

Weekend sewing marathon

On Saturday, at around 11.00 a.m. I already cleared up the dining table ... bukan nya nak hidang makanan... but I was about to start the gunting menggunting baju kurung punya projek... I ada 4 pasang kain untuk digunting, 2 each for Sarah and Hajar. Nadia punya sepasang je... dah gunting earlier before puasa. Alhamdulillah... I completed after 3 hours... punyalah lama sebab beberapa kali berhenti in between buat kerja2 laundry jugak. Penat betul..... nak jahit tepi pulak.... sambung the next day la pulak...

On Sunday, I jahit tepi semua kain-kain yang dah digunting.... my mesin jahit tepi dah semput.... kena hantar servicelah pulak.... nasib baik ada arwah mak punya mesin....so... I gunalah sementara my machine tak leh guna... This time I was too lazy and tak de mood to snap any photo... tunggu siap jahit baju.. nanti I tayang ok..

On Monday, Selangor cuti Nuzul Quran... so... after hantar anak2 ke sekolah (N.Sembilan tak cuti).... I sambung tidur sekejap...

.

Lepas bangun, mandi, makan (shhh....hi hi tak puasa) ... sambung projek baju kurung... sambung kan pesak, kekek and lengan dulu... tengok jam dah dekat pukul 11.30 a.m.... I got to fetch Hajar from her kindy...

.

Lepas fetch hajar at her kindy, I terus drive to the curtain shop at Senawang... sebab the day before they called me saying that my sofa cushion covers dah siap... eh!!! cepatnya... minggu lepas hantar minggu ni dah siap... Last week masa nak tempah, I also bought an extra of 5 meters of the same fabric untuk buat cushion cover (16" x 16") and also for the sofa armrest punya cover.

.

I immediately jahit the armrest punya cover lepas balik from Senawang sebab excited sangat. Before that singgah at my favourite kedai alat-alat jahitan untuk beli a few metres of velcro...

.

Today, I am at work... and can't wait for this weekend to come...

Merpati 2 sejoli...

..the much talk-about couple (ye ke??) .... hari ni pun pakai baju warna sedondon (kebetulan sebenarnya) notice tak the lady kat belakang tu... Rasliana...she gonna be the future mak-andam...

...jangan tenung lama-lama... inikan bulan puasa....

We just love to tease this lovely couple at office. Their workstations are just separated by the walkway ... they look so.. loving towards each other, don't they??

But.... in actual fact, they fought almost every working day... tak pe... tak suka lama-lama jadi suka....

Julia and Izwan were just happy and enjoying their single lives .... jangan lupa beritahu awal-awal ya.... akak boleh tolong buatkan bunga telur....
